  • Created detailed User Stories, functional and technical requirements documents, workflow diagrams, for current state and future enhancements to Pharmacy Manager Software.
  • Used Microsoft SQL Database Management studio, to analyze and document data quality, end user data entry error rates, data types and conformance within the Pharmacy Manager system constraints. Validated system’s reports and data.

  • Researched and documented Epic EHR Willow HL7 interface technical specifications for integration with Swisslog BoxPicker pharmacy automation.  HL7 parsing tools, Mirth, JSON, Excel, created data dictionary.
  • Supported User Story and backlog grooming for prioritization of enhancement requests and issue mitigation using Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. 
  • Created root cause analysis reports with metrics for VP of Product and Customer Support leads.   • Created technical Requirements and functional design specification documents for development team. (e.g., Mobile Provider Order Sign-off, Patient Portal Administration Usage Metrics, Dietitian Module Enhancements, Machine Maintenance Module design specifications, CIPA Actions Metrics feature and more).
  • Project Manager for the development of a JSON/REST API for a new to market dialysis machine, integrating new workflows into the EHR. Collaborated with machine vendor’s API developers and internal developers.
  • Created detailed functional and technical requirements for integrating new clinical workflows and connectivity method.  Tested Interface and features.  Migrated from RS232 to ethernet connectivity.Validated that Clinical Patient Monitoring and Machine settings and monitoring data were accurate throughout the system and all documentation.
